Reporting a wrong specification
This is the most useful thing you can send us. Every part in the catalog carries the page it was read from and the date it was read, so a report we can act on looks like:
- The part — maker and model, as the site shows it.
- What the site says, and what the manufacturer says.
- A link to the manufacturer's page.
A specification that turns out to be wrong gets corrected at the source and the correction is recorded against the record, not quietly overwritten.
Manufacturers and retailers
If you make or sell something listed here:
- To correct your data — tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- To have your products removed — ask, and they come out. No argument.
- To supply a product feed — this is what we would most like to hear about. A feed gives accurate specifications, live pricing, and licensed product photography, which makes the tool better for the people choosing your parts.
Press and partnerships
Same address. Say what you want in the first message and you will get a straight answer.
What we cannot help with
We are not a gunsmith, a dealer, or a lawyer. We cannot tell you whether a configuration is legal where you live, cannot advise on a build you have already assembled, and cannot transfer anything. See the terms.
